We love PFCHANGS but have not any in wv so we always try to get to one when we travel which we did a LOT WHEN WORKING RACES. Now retired so Lexington is our closest (3 1/2) hours!!
We have always been PLEASED at this restaurant last 2 times we had Andrew as our server and he’s GREAT!! We have even planned trips around PFCHANGS LEXINGTON ON WAY TO HORSE PARK Greensboro on way to Myrtle Beach snd Myrtle Beach!! PLEASE BUILD ONE CLOSE TO CHARLESTON WV!! WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED AT ANY PFCHANGS Vicki Smith

Food was not as good as the $44 we paid for 2 people. Way overpriced for the quality you get, would rather do Pei Wei.

Terrible experience at Wauwatosa, Wisconsin location. Made reservation personally at 6pm for dinner at 7pm and they never texted me about the table being ready.
Ended up eating at different restaurant but have a bad taste of this place. Emailed and talked to manager next day about this and never got call back with explanation what happened. Staff is inexperienced,rude and incompetent.

Worse experience, food was overcooked, my honey crisp shrimp tasted like it was fried in old oil. Two hours after eating there I came down with food poisoning. This was the only thing I had to eat yesterday besides a small bag of pretzels. Luckily my boyfriend did not get the same thing and didn't get sick. It was a rough 3 hours. PF Changs has always been one of my favorite restaurants but I can honestly say I will not return or recommend it, especially the one on Jefferson Ave in Newport News, VA. The food quality has really dropped, beyond disappointed.

Food was good, but then my heart started pounding, my blood pressure raised, I felt thirsty all night, and then the next day I got a slight sore throat. I don't know what they do to make the meat that tender, but it shouldn't be legal. Glad I didn't have an aneurism or heart attack, and wonder how many people with heart problems this food has killed.

Today i got food from fairfax pf changs. They gave me wrong items and food is not fresh

Valentines day with my reserved spot at P.F. Changs was amazingly terrible. When arrived they tried to sit us in the isle. Sitting there with people constantly walking behind you was not what I would call a romantic dinner. when I asked the hostess to give me and wife another seating in which was available she refused. I made reservations to another establishment,

Delicious, would definitely attend again and again. Great service too.

My first and LAST time going there. I was so excited to try it after my sister who lives in Youngsville, NC recommended it. It is her favorite place to eat.
I called in an order over the phone for pick up. When I arrived my food was sitting there with my name on it. 35 minutes later it was still sitting there. The staff were the rudest people I have ever met. They kept yelling at me that I was supposed to pick up and get out. I kept trying to tell them I’m trying to pay. Obviously my food was sitting apart from the other orders for this reason. No one was willing to help me. The restaurant had one person at a table. The other two customers in line with me were trying to speak to the staff and the staff was being very rude to them. By the time I got out and home over an hour later. My food was a bowl of cold mush. Very disappointing. NEVER will I go there again.

New Year’s Eve 2020. Fitting that this year came to an end with flavorless beef leather. Chicken sponges and hard rice. Not to mention horrendous service. I purchased a $50.00 gift card for a Christmas gift and yet to receive it although it says on confirmation that it has shipped.
I called customer service and she was rude, rude and rude! " Just have to wait". Didn't even look up my order to check it.
Very disappointed and will NEVER get another PFChang gift card. There is not a restaurant here or near by but one where my son is located and they go quite often. Only reason I purchased on line.
Rudeness made this decion never to purchase or recommend PFChangs.

A group of us entered PFChangs in Appleton, Wisconsin only to be greeted by a hostess wearing a BLM bracelet. We decided to leave. We are tired of being reminded of political ideoligies and opinions supported by business. Loved to go before they had to make their statement.
Don't go there if you are a free thinker.
